Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bte177 will close the additional Account(s) and may withhold any balances pending investigation.
2.4 During registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register Accounts on the Platform. bte177 accounts are for individual natural persons only.
3.1 You are solely responsible for the security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. bte177 strongly recommends that you use a unique, complex password and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform.
3.2 bte177 is not responsible for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bte177 immediately at [email protected].
3.3 KYC verification is required before bte177 will process any withdrawal request. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Bangladeshi National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request will result in withdrawal suspension.
3.4 You must keep your Account information current. Any change to your name, address, contact details, or payment method must be communicated to bte177 support promptly. bte177 reserves the right to freeze Account activity pending re-verification where information appears outdated or inconsistent.
3.5 Accounts that have been inactive — defined as no login, deposit, or bet activity — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. bte177 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before applying any dormancy policy to an Account balance.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on bte177 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method and the Player's account verification status.
4.2 bte177 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.3 Deposits are credited to your bte177 Account balance in real time for standard mobile financial service transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take longer to clear depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
4.4 Withdrawals submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders are processed to the verified payment method within three (3) to five (5) minutes for mobile financial service channels under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfer withdrawals vary by institution. bte177 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment service provider.
4.5 bte177 operates a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable: withdrawals will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, bte177 support will advise on the available alternative.
4.6 bte177 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requests for supporting documentation. Withdrawal processing may be paused pending the outcome of such a review. This measure exists to protect both the Player and the integrity of the Platform.
4.7 You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. bte177 prohibits the use of payment accounts belonging to third parties. Transactions identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the Account may be subject to suspension.
5.1 bte177 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Account holders from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games list, maximum bet per round while a bonus is active, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings. These terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page before the Player opts in.
5.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before any balance attributable to a bonus — including winnings generated from a bonus balance — may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw a bonus balance before the wagering requirement is satisfied will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational use. bte177 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure; coordinated multi-account bonus accumulation; or any other behaviour that bte177 determines to be inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
5.4 Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies. bte177 reserves the right to cancel a welcome bonus where it determines that the eligibility conditions have been circumvented.
5.5 bte177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a Player has already opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will continue to apply to that Player's existing bonus balance.
5.6 Seasonal promotions may be offered in connection with events such as the IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. These promotions are subject to their own individual terms as published at the time of offer.
6.1 All bets placed on the bte177 platform are subject to the rules of the relevant game or sporting market. 6.4 Live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, and other sports are subject to delayed acceptance to account for the data feed latency inherent in live event transmission. bte177 cannot guarantee the acceptance of any live bet placed at a quoted price where market conditions have changed at the point of processing.
6.5 All casino games made available on bte177 use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and maintained by the respective Game Suppliers. bte177 does not alter, modify, or influence the outcome of any game. Self-exclusion periods of less than six (6) months are not offered — the minimum self-exclusion term is six months.

8.2 Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Supplier. Use of game content outside the Platform is prohibited.
8.3 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.
9.1 The bte177 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bte177 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bte177's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 bte177 is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Game Suppliers, payment processors, or other third-party service providers whose services form part of the Platform experience.
10.1 You may close your bte177 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closing your Account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.
10.2 bte177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bte177 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account holder has breached these Terms; fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has occurred; the Account holder is under 18 years of age; or the continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
10.3 Upon termination of an Account by bte177 for a breach of these Terms, bte177 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, bte177 may forfeit the balance in whole or in part.
11.1 bte177 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
11.2 Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.1.
11.3 The current version of these Terms is always accessible on the Platform at bte177.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
